One of two sakes brewed in exactly the same way with the same ingredients, except this one is a Junmai Daignjo and Tears of Dawn Higashiyama, the brewery that makes Konteki, is owned by Kizakura a larger brewery that is able to spare no expense on these Daiginjos and offer them at value prices. The rice for these sake is sourced from one of the top growers of Yamada Nishiki in Japan.
